Census error on "all farcaster users" polls

Processes created for "all farcaster users" always return 404 on their censuses.

Apparently the error is actually from the UI trying to load censuses in this case, since all these are polls created for "all farcaster users and me", and the voters lists are not ready for that census type

Ok I was wrong. Based on what @lucasmenendez said me via tg these censuses actually exist on the DB, but the backend is returning error 404 when it should not.
