The "Discussion" link section only offers a button that reads "Questions & answers". How is it supposed to function?

This section will be improved soon, but the function of the "Q&A" button is to open a link where users can read the documentation regarding the voting process from an external page.

I see. So this is probably a good spot to add a link where the voters can go for research and/or discourse on the voting matter?
