Bug description

Create one cluster with configuration ENABLE_DEAULT_STORAGE_CLASS = true
Delete the default storageclass using command 「kubectl delete sc default」
Recreate a new default storage
The storageclass package will report some issue

Expected behavior
the default storageclass will be reset
