This PR reworks the rackscale integration test framework by creating some rackscale and baseline runners that may be used both for integration and for benchmarks. It reduces the amount of code greatly and simplifies the process of writing rackscale benchmarks and integration tests.
I also fixed a formatting issue in the ivshmem-server build instructions.
