Hi, so this is kind of confusing(and if you haven't figured out what to do yet, follow this.), sigh. Ok, to get started, what you have wrong is that you are using version 0.1 instead of 0.2, and version 0.1 is no longer compatible with blender. So, if you are on Windows OS make sure you have Win-rar, and if you are on OS X then use the unarchiver(this has been proven useful in MANY situations). Then, unarchive the 0.2 rar, and if you were to go into blender and try to open it, guess what happens, the directory is taken, (if it's not, and you can enable it than you are done right here, but otherwise) so, go to the directory that it says, in my case(OS X) it is Users/(My User)/Library/Application Support/Blender/2.77/scripts/addons/BoolTool. Just delete BoolTool. Finally, go into blender and enable the addon! You're Done! :D
