Make Krievo treasury account visible in the UI somewhere #94

Krievo's sustainability is built around charging KSM for memberships as well as receiving transaction fees.

It would be good to surface this 'reserve' to the UI to allow orgs to understand the progress of the network.

From here it would be good to add basic charts / data to show growth - useful for showing progress of the project.
