Not sure why this has started happening now but line 61, setting the Content-Length header started throwing:
Error: Can't set the headers after they are sent.
For now I commented this line to get package to function as expected.
Simply setting parseReqBody to false in options does not work because then there is some issue in closing the request so seems the .write(body) or .end() calls are required
