Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, when building videoDAC/go-livepeer, the make process includes functionality from livepeer/lpms (livepeer media server).

The Livestream NFT Minting project will require to change code in lpms, to allow storing to IPFS, and minting NFTs.

This issue is about changing go-livepeer so that it instead uses the forked version of lpms at videoDAC/lpms.
