KeyError: 'Matrix' bug is persistent.

I am facing this weird issue in vial where the matrix is not loading.
I was experimenting on a custom layout and got this error, First I thought I made some formatting error.
But after I rolled back to the previous working layout this error kept on popping. I replaced all the project files from vial and still getting this error. Tried reinstalling Vial but still no luck.
Any leads?

Your vial.json file has a syntax error. Please review the documentation more closely and/or search for examples of functional vial.json files in the repository, as it is not possible to determine exactly what is wrong with yours from this error message.

Don't forget that you can test your vial.json file without flashing new firmware by using File > Load Dummy JSON in the GUI.

Be sure you're opening the vial.json in the keymaps folder. Just been struggling with this for at least 30 minutes before I realised I had been uploading info.json as the dummy keyboard!
