Numbersign top edge appears to be off by 1 px

Description of the Issue:
The top and bottom edges of numbersign # appear to be slightly off. If the tilt is intentional it is odd and not fitting with other angles in the font family. Are one of the control points off by one pt?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Look at the top and bottom edges of the numbersign symbol

Expected Behavior:
Level, or at an angle matching other elements in the font family
