Sorry if this is a bit of a noob question, but I'm on Manjaro (based on Arch Linux), and have installed the vlc-arc-dark-git package from the AUR, but I'm unsure how to use the skin now in VLC. Is the skin resource file located in a particular file where I can select it from the VLC Interface Settings? Or is there something else I have to do in order to get it working?

I don't know for Arch, I use Ubuntu and the location for me was "~/.local/share/vlc" inside is a directory called "skins2" that is where downloaded skins where located for me so i put it in there.

After installing on Arch with pacman/yaourt/yay etc.. its in "/usr/share/vlc/skins2/" but VLC is not using the theme automatically.
Start VLC and open Settings -> choose "custom Settings" and go to "/usr/share/vlc/skins2/" with the file browser. Select the wanted skin, press "Save" and restart VLC.
