For better handling issues, tasks, and users approaches.
To-Do list:

• Automatic tagging of user issue as untriaged for easy daily filter.
• Daily filter is publicized somewhere available to all.
• Weekly first responders (?) — doesn't mean taking task, just filtering and making sure we don't miss.
• Untriaged user issue with no response for a day will alert.
• Users pain label with no update for x (a week?) time will alert.
• Threshold of three months for issue, if no update a bot notify issuer, if issuer doesn't comment issue get closed.
• Limit label to two, not including release and release blocker.
