I'm trying to emulate macOS 12 Monterey on an M1 Silicon Mac (in order to test websites on Chrome 53 - 104), using UTM 4.5.4.
I've followed the instructions in the macOS 12 config offered here, including the creation of a bootable media image on an actual Intel Mac running macOS 12 Monterey.
The VM appears stuck on the following screen:
