Expected behavior

prompt response from the CLI after a command is entered

Actual behavior

CLI takes a long time to perform even simple tasks, such as displaying the help or version.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enter uo --help
  2. Wait until the response is printed to the terminal

Additional context

  • Seems to only happen on Windows. Response is quick as expected on Mac
  • Has happened since I've tested with Windows, and anecdotes from other users before then. I'd guess at least since v0.9.0, perhaps forever.
