Integrate/develop an OpenStudio EMS measure to shift EV charging loads based on the power grid carbon emission intensities. The control is currently rule-based but has the potential to integrate more sophisticated control in the future. It is a standalone measure but it requires the model has one EV load as the prerequisite.
