Feature Request: Oneplus Phone with Recovery Mode #105
Comments
I haven't tried it with a OnePlus phone or done any work with Recovery Mode. |
Amazing tool, I was able to unlock a 4-pin Google Pixel 6a after some edits in the config file. After every pin, the "Key_after_each_pin" should be changed to "space" also since I began working on it after quiet a few wrong attempts I'm unsure of the initial Cooldown but after 50 incorrect pins the cooldown goes from 60 seconds to 120 sec. If I were to guess, it probably has a shorter cooldown before reaching 25 incorrect pins. |
@DoneWithOnePlus please explain more about using recovery mode to try multiple pins quickly. |
I've locked myself out of my Pixel 7 today and I'm gonna give this a try. Something I found out is that you can bypass the cooldown by restarting the device. Unsure if we can do that here? So that we automatically restart device after each pin entry? Cuz after 120 seconds, restarting seems to be shorter in terms of time. |
Hi - First of all, this is a great piece of work. I was wondering if it works with oneplus devices and whether you have tested with any oneplus as the locked phone? Also, are you aware if it can be used in recovery mode to quickly retry different combinations as otherwise the wait time for each combination on my phone is currently 1800+ seconds which would mean I can at max try 48 combinations in a day. Recovery mode allows me to try multiple pins quickly without the wait time.
