Service Form:

1. After location automated selection; add a field "address" ______ to enable users to add data such as street address or village
2. After the address field (mentioned above), add a field "landmark" ______ to enable users to add data landmarks such as close to the big tree, near the river, etc.
3. After selecting of service type, enable users to select sub-service types as on issue Service Types: Add Service Sub Type #1330
4. Remove the field Hotline/Landline
5. Add Gender: Female, Male (enable multiple selections)
6. Age Groups: Replace current groups with 0-18, 18+ (enable multiple selections)
7. Edit the field Target users: Host Community = General Population
8. Remove the field Number of Staff providing services
9. Opening Hours: More user-friendly fields with consideration for Weekdays/ Weekends and Everyday
10. On Transportation Availability, Provide the options (enable multiple selections)

• Pick up & Drop Off
• Provide Transport Fare

11. Change Back Up Focal Point to Assistant Focal Point

On Viewing Services:
Ensure that names and mobile numbers are only accessible to logged-in users.
