This isn't something we currently support OOB. The cart section is currently meant to be an area to help customers who have an issue with their order, they can't currently convert them to a finalized order. This is something we have on our backlog however so will be something we look at addressing soon, but for now this is the case. If you really need it, you might be able to implement a custom quick action to do the conversion by calling a custom API endpoint that converts the order https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-commerce/key-concepts/ui-extensions/entity-quick-actions |

Hiya
Were close to purchasing Commerce but one issue we have found.
Users can create a shopping cart and then leave. We can see these entries in the Commerce section.
In the same place i can create a new Cart.
This is all good but how can we change the cart status to paid? As only the staff would have access to this part to take phone orders? Or how could we access the cart to continue with progressing it to the next stage?
