Add a custom property to the variant backoffice list view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Umbraco Commerce: Variants Editor shows something akin to a list view, but lacks the functionality to be modified like the other built-in Umbraco list views.

Describe the solution you'd like
In our case, we would like to be able to add an additional property in the overview. We have a property that indicates if a variant is considered active or not, and we would like to display this value in the list view. This way, the user will not have to open each variant to check if it is active or not.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Since the variants are a blocklist with a list view, and the display app for the variants seem to be closed source, I don't think there are any current alternatives.

This is the unmodifiable list view for product variants:
