Bug description

Drafts not showing up on dashboard on dev environment. It does not happen for everyone.
On production this is fine.

TBD: who sees what on dashboard, for supervisors and editors.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://backoffice.bibliodev.ugent.be/dashboard
2. Log in with your reviewer account
3. View as a researcher
4. Create a draft
5. See it not appear on the dashboard
