Create database schema for tracking and verifying emails
Integrate email verification via Mailgun into the 'registration' process
Ensure that ONLY ufl.edu emails are allowed
Prevent non-ufl users from being verified (disallow gmail, yahoo, etc)
Fix frontend validation of emails (in register and login)
Ensure that first time account creation is simple (add grace period of no verification), but after grace period prevent login
