Description

Additional flux calculations are needed for coupling the community fire behavior model into ccpp pysics

Solution

When cpl_fire is enabled add the heat flux and upward specific humidity flux from the fire into the total heat flux and upward specific humidity flux. Also include the smoke tracer from the fire when the rrfs smoke module is included. The following new variables are to be added

  • cpl_fire
  • hflx_fire
  • evap_fire
  • smoke_fire
