Admin should be able to play Spotify through their computer.

Ref: https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-playback-sdk/tutorials/getting-started

Requirements:

  • Connect to audio player
  • Progress sync
  • Play, pause, skip, next sync
  • Favorite, repeat sync
  • Only available if user logged in
  • User access token from server API
