How can I insert link with text to the current caret position on button click?

Hi, I want to insert a link like this google to the current caret position.
In my situation, I have list of link objects which contains text and url like below

const links = [
  {
    text: 'google',
    url: 'https://google.com'
  },
  {
    text: 'google',
    url: 'https://google.com'
  },
  // and so on
]

With the link list, I want to do something like,

<button @click='insertLink(idx)'>Insert Link</button>

function insertLink (idx) {
  const link = links[idx]
  // Use the link object to create Link Node and insert the node to the current caret position....
}

How can I do this?
