Failed to rebase to custom image (which is essentially just starting point)

I'm receiving the following error whenever I run the rpm-ostree rebase command:

$ rpm-ostree rebase ostree-unverified-registry:ghcr.io/yrovas/silverblue:38

Pulling manifest: ostree-unverified-image:docker:://ghcr.io/yrovas/silverblue:38
error: Creating importer: Failed to invoke skopeo proxy method OpenImage: remote error: unable to retrieve auth token: invalid username/password: unauthorized

This is from a fresh installation of upstream fedora silverblue.

Interesting, I don't get this when I use my personal account, and not a GitHub organisation.

I would doublecheck the permissions in the packaging section of your github settings.
