Heads up for fleek users on the bluefin image

Fleek's redoing the install step and the team has decided that that's the way to go instead of including it on the bluefin base image.

Having it on there is conflicting with testing so we've removed it temporarily from bluefin and will get the install instructions up asap once testing is concluded!
