Hi everyone, the 520 driver is no longer compatible with the latest kernel in fedora so we need to disable it:
ublue-os/hwe#74
We'll add some wording to the support matrix to clarify but I'd like to just point out that at the end of the day we depend on Nvidia, and then RPMFusion to package these drivers so if any of those entities drop support then we have nothing to build from.
If you are on the
:latest
tag then you should always have the right driver, however, in most cases running a machine off of a latest tag is an antipattern, but here we are. 😄This is the first time the project has gone through one of these driver transitions, once this PR gets merged the last image will live here for 90 days before getting garbage collected so you've got some time to rebase. If there's a driver update for these or something ends up working we can turn them back on.
I've also created an nvidia section here and will link to it from the nvidia repo's readme so you can follow along nvidia announcements.
