Subdomains or a link shortener

It'd be nice to have shortcuts to what reviewers need, I was thinking

https://github.com/issues?user=ublue-os -> issues.ublue.it
https://github.com/pulls?user=ublue-os -> pr.ublue.it

and the main reason I'm filing this: https://github.com/ublue-os/base/discussions?discussions_q=label%3Aproposal -> proposals.ublue.it

Though maybe enhancements.ublue.it so we match a more commonly used term.

Sounds good! I kinda like proposals more than enhancements as built-in to the term is the notion of it being more like a request or a discussion.
