Rubric "Points:" display does not take into account the points possible #667

There is a bug with the “Points:” display under the Detail evaluation results for a rubric evaluation. The visual “Points:” display does not take into account the points possible when the points possible is lower than 5. For example, it will show 1/5 circles filled in when a student scored 1/1.
