Include cap version information somewhere in the output file (or directory) #30

While trying to reproduce old figures I recently noticed that sometimes its hard to figure out which version of code was used to make those figures. Also which version of getwaveforms was used to extract those waveforms. Maybe it is a good to include these information somewhere. Is there any other better solution?
