Alaska example for Vipul's DC uncertainty analysis

After Celso has established a new release, including updating a few examples (Uturuncu, Illinois, Alaska), we need to have a full example (use default Alaska) for Vipul's uncertainty analysis. In the new code, this would involve:
a) coarse search to get Mw
b) random search to get M0 (minimum) for fixed Mw
c) regular search to get grid for cross sections of strike-dip-rake
d) post-processing to generate samples, calculate confidence curve, and to make GMT plot
The resultant figure should be very close to what appears in Vipul's paper. Once this example is available to run, Celso will be in position to adapt the post-processing and plotting for full moment tensors.
