Many people have requested the ability to reset the app, which might mean:
Clearing their score/level.
Clearing the completion status in the Learn tab.
Doing both.
We should provide this as an option. The easiest place for this would be inside the Help tab – you can already see a "How can I take the tour again?" link there, and we could add a second question along the lines of "How can I reset my data?" That would then say "Tap here to show reset options" to make it clear there is a further confirmation step, at which point an alert can be shown offering options 1, 2, or 3 above, plus Cancel.
Please make sure the data is fully synced with iCloud.

Would also be enough if data would be removed on an app delete. Seems strange that the data stays alive after the phone said all data would be deleted. Even with iCloud off plus airplane mode, data always stays. Any workaround ideas?
It's merged in 2021, I still would like to reset my data... but the latest release is 2019... could we get an update in the App Store please @twostraws?
