What about making the worst offender (bugs) a channel that has threads, like-experiences - so that folks will need to post a thread if they found a bug.
I often see "bugs" (which are not bugs at all) that I know an answer to and then, because of how the channel is designed, I click "Reply" before I think to make a thread for that person.
