在全屏模式下切换清晰度，会出现卡死的现象 #163

小程序插件，全屏模式下，如果有480、720的选项，从480切到720，此时画面卡住无反应。反复拖拽进度条多次，等待约15后，才会出现“已切换到xxx”，并使用新的清晰度继续播放视频

版本号：2.1.8

android我们测试下，ios16最近有问题，包括seek和清晰度切换都有表现异常。另外使用的vid也麻烦提供一下

请问修复了吗，最近也遇到这个问题。
最近除了这个问题以外，还发现一个问题，当视频只有270p这一个码率的时候，插件会显示视频文件出现问题，而无法播放。
