HA TUYA error 2406

Hi, I have constant issues with connecting tuya V2 to HA. I don't know where to ask.
information about my setup:

TUYA APP:

• Region: Czech
• E-mail: gmail.com and seznam.cz tried

IOT:

• project crated 3.7.2022
• Region: Czech
• Server: Central Europe
• accounts linked to the project

HA:

• Smart home PaaS
• Authorization id: ******
• Authorization Key: ******
• Mobile App: TuyaSmart
• Coutry code: 420
• Account: gmail.com and seznam.cz tried

but still I getting error 2406
