This is a package for the ticket system OTRS 5.0
Colors for agents in backend views. This package allows to set a color for agents in the preferences. The agent is highlighted with the given color at all important places: Queue view, search, history, etc...
The package overwrites the template Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/AgentTicketHistory.tt with a modified version.
The package is released under AGPL Version 3 (See COPYING for more infos).

Download the opm:

Install the opm file in OTRS. Go to the agent preferences and set the colors.
