The existing one from https://github.com/turbotio/ops/wiki can be migrated to below options when the runbooks are released

guardrails-docs/docs/runbooks
or wherever we finally decide to have runbooks
or https://turbot.com/guardrails/docs/develop/runbook-style-guide
