This worked by using mongodump and mongorestore, rather than trying to import json files.
I couldn't figure out how to access the db dump from ansible so i referenced it directly, also couldn't figure out how to run the restore.js script so I just
templated it to the scripts folder, but I'm pretty sure that's wrong...fixes tunapanda/wikonnect#9
