The learninglocker setup never worked right, and Jake says he's having better luck using mongodump/restore (#66). Closing without merging. |

I'd like someone to test it first, but it looks like this will give us a full dev environment with fully automated setup. The changes enable FB auth by default in swagportal, create an LRS in Learning Locker, and configure swagportal to use it.
