add filter for deck editor

consider adding filters for specific cards before editing a deck. note the following example: filter and filter gives option to filter all but the chosen card so the editor will give water cards for example.

take the etcg card search filter options as idea of how this could look. It seems to be german-only, but the filter is pretty well done:
