Create netLabel when the trace component has the to prefix as net

@seveibar Just want to confirm will this be a correct approach, like defining the net_label arrow side as a port and then the schematic_trace from the schematic_component pin to the port of net_label be drawn?

Not sure if i understand the question completely but if the user specifies a net label we'll draw a net label on the schematic and NOT a schematic trace.
