Concept: Prompts

A new part of the library, like Providers, but for prompt libraries.
Possible use - we can introduce a special mode for Crew, when it will create a team for the assigned task, and for each team member it will try to find a suitable professional prompt (perhaps we will first need to load the prompts into the vector database)
