Notify user when app does not have appropriate permissions on pod

Independently from access permissions on specific resources, the user's Pod must have base permissions (read, write, append, control) enabled for the application (Solid Pod -> Preferences -> Trusted applications) in order for the corresponding features to work at all.

It would be good to detect missing permissions and prompt the user to grant them accordingly.
