Tremor cannot be run directly from windows

Problem
'tremor' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Steps

1. Download and unpack (tremor-0.12.4-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.tar.gz) directly on windows
2. Execute "tremor server run"

Possible Solution(s)

• encourage users to install the system under WSL if tremor doesn't work directly on windows,
• update installation instructions accordingly
