man-like description for the commands

Hello,
is it possible to implement a longer description for the commands?

For example:

/help item

Returns:
item [count] [player]
Places "count" element of type id in the inventory of the player.

Can't you just type /item and let it tell you? -.-

I don't use hmod anymore, but in this case it is possible, but what if a command allows also no parameters?
