IPSec Setup on Windows

Hi. I have set up a working instance of algo on one of my existing Ubuntu servers. After some minor difficulties I've managed to get IKEv2 working on both of my Apple devices. However, with the unfortunate circumstances of my usecase (a highly restrictive, dns-level, network environment) I can also only use IKEv2 for my Windows system. After spending a few hours trying different native configurations, I have not been able to get a successful IPSec authentication with a Windows client. I am aware that Windows is far from ideal in terms of encryption, however that is of low importance in this scenario. I am also aware that Algo used to have an automated powershell script, however, I have also been unable to locate any copy of that script for reference in my own efforts.

Could somebody please assist me in getting IKEv2 working on Windows?
