Change Text Button Color so is Visible in Dark Mode

I have my Pixel 7 set to use dark mode all the time. The buttons to turn on/off Offline buffering and Wake lock are dark blue and almost impossible to see with the phone in dark mode. The same applies for the Cancel / OK text popup for Device identifier, Location accuracy, Frequency, Distance, and Angle.

Change the color of the buttons / text to a lighter color that can be easily seen.
