throw new Error('画像の形式が不正なためサムネイルは生成されません')

アップロードしようとしてる画像のリサイズに失敗していそう。正常に動いてる画像もあるので、画像の形式が正しくない可能性が高そう。
#4382 で処理を変更しているので、一旦クローズしたい。
