凍結ユーザーはデフォルト非表示
表示を切り替えるフラグを実装 (現役ユーザーは凍結後の表示を選べる)
ex-traQ認証を用意し、凍結ユーザーが表示を切り替えられるようにする (要UI)
現役ユーザーはプロジェクトなどのメンバーに凍結ユーザーを選択できるが、表示を許可していない場合は表示しない(orプレースホルダー)ようにする (hard)
