入出金記録一覧ページでの入出金記録編集モーダル #161

デザインはないので、入出金記録作成ページと同じようなのを一覧に召喚する
Figmaにあるように、一覧の各アイテムに編集ボタンを用意して、それをクリックしたらモーダルが開くイメージ
詳細ページを作るとタイトルがなかったり表示するものがなさすぎたりで困るので、一覧ページで編集できるようにすることにした
